Class Descriptions
Private Session: Individual attention is given to each client. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the client using a variety of apparatus; reformer, mat, wunda chair, ladder barrel, pedi pole etc...
Mat Class: Class size is limited to 4 individuals. Classes are challenging to all levels and provide modification to accommodate all levels of ability. It is highly recommended to take a few private, one on one sessions before joining a group mat class.
Cancellation Policy: All appointments require a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
